To the Editors:
In his very gracious article “Robert Venturi and the Decorated Shed” in the May issue of The New Criterion, William Jordy made a slight error. On Page sixty-seven, he discusses the façade of the Seattle Art Museum. In this context, we believe he means the Laguna Gloria Art Museum in Austin, Texas, which is currently being designed by our office.
The façade of the Seattle Art Museum has not yet been designed, since this project is in the very early stages of programming.
