Now I’ll tell you how
To knit a tight knot
In a bit of cloth
And then undo it
With a word or two.
You need to know how
To cinch it just so
With a touch of stealth
To keep the sweet spot
As free as it’s taut.
You ought to show how
It’s just what it’s not
At a certain length
Until you start to
Utter your whatnot.
You must know by now
A dark art is but
A piece of the truth
You hide in plain sight
To do what you do
With a bit of show
And an oath or two
As if it were caught
As you let it out
With your bated breath.
