GALA EVENT: The New Criterion's 30th-Anniversary

The New Criterion cordially invites the Friends to our 30th-anniversary gala that will take place on Thursday, April 26, 2012.  On this date, The New Criterion will inaugurate the Edmund Burke Award for Service to Culture and Society at a black-tie dinner in New York.

 

Please join the Board of The New Criterion for this very special event.  Our honoree for the first Edmund Burke Award will be Dr. Henry A. Kissinger, masterly historian and one of America's most important Secretaries of State.

 

The New Criterion is delighted to announce that Oscar de la Renta will join Senator James Buckley, Ambassador Bruce Gelb, Charles Hill, and Andrew Roberts as Gala Chairmen.  Amanda Bowman, Michael Fedak, Roger Hertog, Donald Kagan, Russell Pennoyer, and James Piereson have offered to serve as members of the Gala Committee.
